Peanut Butter Kiss Cookies

Ingredients

• 1 cup butter or margarine
• 1 cup smooth peanut butter
• 1 cup white sugar
• 1 cup brown sugar
• 2 eggs
• 1 tsp. vanilla
• 3 1/2 cups flour
• 1 tsp. baking soda
• 1 tsp. salt

Preparation

Step 1

Cream butter and peanut butter. Add sugar eggs nad vanill. Add dry ingredients and mix well. Shape into small balls. Roll balls in sugar and place on greased baking sheet. Bake 350 for 8 minutes. Remove from oven and place kiss in center until cookies crack. Bake 2 minutes longer.
