Ingredients
- 3 TBSP Champagne
- 3 TBSP Champagne Vinegar
- 1 TBSP Sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp Dijon Mustard
- 1 TBSP pateurized eggs (can use 1 egg yolk)
- 1 TBSP Whipping Cream
- 1/2 tsp Kosher Salt
- 1/2 tsp Freshly Ground Pepper
- 2/3 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
