*APPLESAUCE PORK LOIN

Ingredients
- Directions:
- 1 boneless pork loin roast (3 pounds)
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 cup applesauce
- 3 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 3 fresh rosemary sprigs
- ●Sprinkle roast with salt and pepper.
- ●In a large skillet, brown roast on all sides in oil.
- ●Place on a rack in a shallow roasting pan.
- ●Combine the applesauce, mustard and honey; spread over roast. Top with rosemary.
- ●Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 1-3/4 to 2-1/2 hours or until a meat thermometer reads 160 degrees.
- ●Let stand for 10 minutes before slicing.
