Ingredients
- 1 lb bulk Italian sausage (recommends Bob Evans hot)
- 1 green pepper
- 1 onion
- 1 can all beans - 1 lb
- kidney, lima, butter beans, green beans, black beans, pork n beans, chick peas
- Should use total 7-8 cans of variety
- 1 small can tomato paste
- 1 can water
- 1/4-1/2 c. brown sugar
- salt and pepper
- 1/2 jar mild salsa
- Cheddar cheese

Preparation
Step 1
Saute sausage and add pepper and onions.
Mix all ingredients into slow cooker. Cook for 4 hours. Top with cheddar cheese
