  • 2 C sugar
  • 1/2 C Milk
  • 3 TB cocoa
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 3 C oatmeal

Step 1

Bring all but oatmeal to rolling boil. After achieve rolling boil add oatmeal. Spoon out on wax paper.
