- ■1 lb. pecan halves
- ■1 egg white
- ■1 Tbs. water
- ■1 C. sugar
- ■1 tsp. salt
- ■1 tsp. cinnamon

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Beat egg white and water until stiff; add pecans and coat well. In another bowl, mix sugar, salt and cinnamon. Pour sugar mixture over pecans and mix well until coated completely. Pour onto foil-lined cookie sheet and bake for 40 minutes. Stir every 10 minutes or else it will stick.When done, place on waxed paper to cool, break apart. Enjoy now or store in air-tight container.
