Ingredients
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 8 oz semi-sweet chocolate
- 4 oz German sweet chocolate
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1 tablespoon dark rum
- Cocoa, toasted coconut, powdered sugar or nuts for
- rolling

Step 1
1. Heat cream till hot
2. Chop the chocolates; add to cream
3. Whisk until chocolate begins ro melt
4. Stir in butter until melted
5. Add rum
6. Pour into a bowl and cover
7. Chill 2 hours or over night
8. Stand at room temp 25 minutes to soften slightly
9. Scoop mixture onto a baking sheet with a large melon
baller
10.Dust hands with cocoa; roll into balls
11.Roll in coconut, sugar or nuts
