Ingredients
- 2/3 C Boiling Water
- 1 Small Pkg Strawberry
- Flavor Jello
- Ice Cubes
- 1/2 C Cold Water
- 1 Tub (8 oz) Cool Whip
- 1 C Chopped Strawberries
- 1 Ready to use pie crust
- 1 C Sliced Fresh Strawberries

Preparation
Step 1
In a large bowl, stir the boiling water
into the jello until completely dissolved.
Add enough ice cubes to cold water to
measure 1 cup. Add to the jello; stir
until slightly thickened. Remove any
unmelted ice.
Add cool whip; stir with a whisk until well
blended. Stir in chopped strawberries.
Refrigerate 20-30 minutes or until
mixture is very thick and will mound.
Spoon into crust. Refrigerate 6 hours
or overnight until firm. Top with
sliced strawberries. Store in
refrigerator
