Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons canola oil
- 1 1/4 pounds skinless, boneless chicken breast halves, cut into strips
- 2 cups fresh broccoli florets
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 (1-inch) piece fresh ginger root, peeled and minced (about 1 tablespoon)
- 1 packet Swanson® Flavor Boost® Concentrated Chicken Broth
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sriracha
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 green onion, sliced (about 2 tablespoons)

Step 1
Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a 12-inch skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and stir-fry for 8 minutes or until browned. Remove the chicken from the skillet.
Add the remaining oil and the broccoli to the skillet and stir-fry for 2 minutes or until tender-crisp. Add the garlic and ginger root and stir-fry for 30 seconds.
Return the chicken to the skillet. Stir in the concentrated broth, soy sauce, sriracha and water and cook for 3 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through, stirring often. Sprinkle the chicken mixture with the green onion.
