Ingredients
- 12 mushrooms
- 2-3 Tablespoons melted butter
- 2 Tablespoons minced shallot/ scallion/ onion
- 1/2 Tablespoon flour
- 1/2 Cup milk
- 3 Tablespoons minced parsley
- Salt/Pepper

Servings 12
Preparation
Step 1
1. Sauté shallots/mushrooms 4-5 minutes
2. Lower heat add flour
3. Stir one minute
4. Add milk stir one minute
5. Add parsely at end
6. Preheat oven to 375°
7. Stuff mushrooms
8. Garnish with parmesan
9. Bake 15 minutes
