Ingredients
- 2 cups shredded or ground cooked chicken
- 1 10 oz can red enchilada sauce
- 2 8 oz cans crescent rolls
- 1 1/4 cup shredded mexican cheese

Preparation
Step 1
Mix chicken and 1/2 cup sauce, heat on med-high till boiling, stirring occasionally
Separate or cut dough into 8 long rectangles. Spoon chicken mixture and 1 tbsp cheese onto 1 long side of each rectangle. Roll up lengthwise; pinch edge to seal. Place seam side down in 9x13 in baking dish. Pour rest of sauce over and sprinkle with rest of cheese.
Bake at 375 for 15-20 min
