Virginia's Chili Con Carne

Ingredients
- Sauce:
- 2 pounds pork shoulder steaks, cut in 1/2 inch cubes
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 small onion, diced
- 4-5 small bay leaves
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 3 tablespoons garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon Chile Pasilla Molido (ground chili)
- 1 tablespoon Chile New Mexico Molido (New Mexico Chili Ground)
- 2 cups water
- 2 tablespoons flour, mixed with 2 tablespoons water

Preparation
Step 1
Saute pork until browned. Sprinkle pork with salt and mix. Stir in onions and cook until onions are soft. Add remaining ingredients (except flour and 2 tablespoons water) and cook until pork is tender about 20 minutes. Mix in flour/water mixture and simmer until sauce is thick.
Chili Con Carne with Beans:
Can add cooked kidney, pinto, or black beans.
Burrito:
Can serve in flour tortilla rolled in burrito style. (can add any kind of cheese, refried beans or fillings of your choice)
