Cheeseburger Casserole

Ingredients

• 1 lb. Ground Beef
• 1 Onion, chopped
• 1 tsp. Salt
• 1/4 tsp. Pepper
• 3 Eggs
• 1 1/2 Cup Milk
• 3/4 Cup Bisquick
• 2 Tomatoes, chunked
• 1 Cup Cheese, shredded

Preparation

Step 1

Brown beef and onion. Add salt and pepper. Drain. Spread in greased casserole dish. Beat eggs, milk and Bisquick until smooth. Pour over meat. Bake at 400 degrees for 25 minutes or until knife inserted comes out clean. Top with tomatoes and cheese. Serves 6-8.
