Ingredients

  • 3/4 C white rice, uncooked
  • 1 apple, cored and choppped
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 C fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1-1/2 C apple juice
  • 1/3 C raisins
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Step 1

In saucepan, combine rice, apple juice, apples and raisins. Season with cinnamon and salt. Bring to a boil, reduce heat to low and cook, covered for about 17 minutes.

Mix in fresh parsley and serve.
