Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Flour (All Purpose)
  • 1 1/2 Cups Quick Rolled Oats
  • 1/2 tsp Baking Soda
  • Pinch Salt
  • 3/4 Cup Coconut & Sunflower Seeds (plain)
  • 3/4 Cup Dried Apricots (chopped)
  • 1/2 Cup Margarine (melted)
  • 1 Cup Packaged Brown Sugar
  • 1/3 Cup Corn syrup
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract

Preparation

Step 1

1. Blend dry ingredients in bowl and make a well in the centre.
2. In saucepan melt margarine, add corn syrup and vanilla and stir.
3. Add mix to dry ingredients and mix well.
4. Spray cookie sheet with non stick spray and pat mixture evenly into pan.
5. Bake at 375 degrees for 12 minutes.
6. Remove from oven and let cool for 10 minutes only.
7. Cut into bite sized pieces and enjoy.
