  • 1/4 cup 1/4 cup fresh lime juice (from 2 to 3 large limes)
  • 1 cup 1 cup club soda, chilled
  • Ice
  • Fresh mint sprigs, for garnish
  • 1 cup 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup 1 cup water
  • 1 1 packed cup fresh mint leaves
  • Yield: 1 1/2 cups
