Deviled Eggs Extraordinaire

I wanted to try another version of the classic deviled egg, and this one makes your mouth sing. Don’t be alarmed if you find yourself back to the kitchen for“just one more”deviled egg.

Ingredients
- Garnish:
- 24 eggs, hard-cooked and peeled
- 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons prepared mustard
- 1 teaspoon cider vinegar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- scallions, ground black pepper and paprika

Preparation
Step 1
1Cut eggs in half lengthwise.
2Remove the yolks and set the whites aside.
3In a small bowl, mash the yolks.
4Add the cream cheese, mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar, salt, and onion powder. Mix well.
5Stuff or pipe into egg whites.
6Refrigerate until serving (I skipped refrigerating and went straight to serving).
