Peanut Blossoms

Ingredients

• 1 3/4 c. flour
• 1/2 c. sugar
• 1/2 c. brown sugar, firmy packed
• 1 t. baking soda
• 1/2 t. salt
• 1/2 c. butter
• 1/2 c. peanut butter
• 2 T. milk
• 1 t. vanilla
• 1 egg
• sugar
• 48 about 48 milk chocolate candy kisses

Preparation

Step 1

Beat butter and peanut butter. Beat in sugar. Blend in egg and milk. Beat in remaining ingredients except kisses and sugar. Shape into 1 inch balls. Roll in sugar. Place 2 inches apart on cookie sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake 375* for 10 to 12 minutes or until golden brown. Immediately top each cookie with a candy kiss, pressing down firmly so cookie cracks around edges. Remove from cookie sheets.
