- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 6 oz jar marinated artichoke hearts
- 1 tablespoon grated onion
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- salt and freshly ground pepper to taste

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Puree ingredients in a food processor or blender. Turn into a small casserole nd bake 20 to 30 minutes. Transfer to chafing dish and serve hot -- or cool and serve at room temperature.
