Ingredients
- 3 lt of cold water
- 1 glove of garlic
- 3 laurel leaves
- 1 medium red onion
- 1 stalk of celery
- 2 ripe tomatoes
- 1 leek
- 1 bunch of parsely
- 1/4 of fennel
- Black pepper corns
- rock salt

Preparation
Step 1
Wash and cut the vegetables and place in a pan with the cold water. Add the pressed pepper corns, add 1 hand full of salt and the laurel leaves. Place on a slow flame and cook covered for about 2 hours.
If you want a stronger broth before you add the water sautè the vegetables in olive oil for about 10 minutes and then add the cold water and cook for about 2 hours.
