Ingredients
- 2 lbs. frozen hashbrowns, thawed
- 1/2 cup butter, divided
- 1 (10 1/4 oz) can Cream of Chicken Soup
- 1 pint sour cream
- 1/2 cup onion chopped
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350. Place about 2 tbs. butter in 11x14 baking dish and put in oven to melt butter and coat bottom of pan. Mix remaining ingredients together, place in prepared pan and bake for 45 minutes or until brown on top.
