- 1/2 cup (4-ounces) mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon pickle relish
- 1-2 teaspoons Dijon mustard (optional)
- 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper (My addition)
- salt, to taste
- pepper, taste
- paprika

Step 1
How to Make Deviled Eggs:
1. Place 12 large eggs in a wide pot; cover with cold water by 1 inch. Bring to a boil. Reduce the heat to medium low; simmer 10 minutes.
2. Drain the eggs place in bowl of ice water to cool slightly. Peel and halve each egg lengthwise.
3. Scoop out the yolks and mash according to the recipe, then spoon into the egg whites.

Mash the yolks with mayonnaise,relish and Dijon mustard. Season with salt and pepper.
Dust with paprika.
