Ingredients

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1 cup white syrup
  • 6 cups Rice Krispies
  • 6 ounces milk chocolate chips
  • 6 ounces butterscotch chips

Preparation

Step 1

Combine sugar and syrup in saucepan. Bring to a boil while stirring. Remove from heat and add peanut butter. Stir well.

Add to Rice Krispies in a large bowl. Mix well. Spread mix evenly in a buttered pan.

Melt chocolate chips and butterscotch chips on low heat (or in microwave sitrring every 30 seconds). Spread evenly on top of Scotcharoos. Cut when cool.

Michelle says they're good cold from the fridge.
