  • Make pancake style
  • For each person- 2-3 boiled potatoes sliced 1/4 inch thick in omelet pan.
  • Add 3 eggs beaten lightly with 1 tb water and cook omelet pancake fashion with grated Gruyere cheese. Slide it onto a slice of grilled ham on a hot plate and serve at once.
  • Variation: can use parm or cheddar
  • Best with Gruyere
