Ingredients
- 1/4 cup firmly packed light brown sugar
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 4 small red onions, quartered
- 1 lb pearl onions
- 1 lb cipollini onions
- 1 lb shallots

Preparation
Step 1
1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Whisk together first 4 ingredients in a large bowl.
2. Toss red onions and next 3 ingredients with oil mixture. Arrange in a single layer on a lightly greased 17- x 12-inch jellyroll pan. Bake at 450 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes or until tender and golden brown, stirring twice.
