Ingredients

  • 2@ chicken breasts boneless, skinless
  • 5 tbsp. butter divided
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp. Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes
  • 1/2 cup chardonnay or sauvignon blanc
  • 1 cup broth
  • 3/4 cup bream
  • 1/2 cup oil-packed thinly sliced sun-dried tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup thinly sliced fresh basil

Preparation

Step 1

Pound chicken breast in plastic bag with meat mallet. Season lightly.
Melt 2 tbsp. butter; add chicken and cook 2-3 minute s per side or until done.

Melt 1 Tbsp. butter in same skillet and add garlic, Italian seasoning, and pepper flakes. Cook stirring constantly 1 minute. Add wine and bring to boil, reduce heat and simmer 2 minutes. Add broth; bring to boil, reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes. Stir in cream and tomatoes and simmer 5 minutes.Return chicken to skillet; stir in basil. Cook 4-5 minutes or until chicken is thoroughly heated and sauce is thickened
