Ingredients
- 1 dozen eggs
- 2 pounds shredded or cubed ham
- 1 package O'brien potatoes
- 1/4 cup green pepper, chopped
- 1/4 cup onion, chopped
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 cup grated cheese

Preparation
Step 1
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease 9x13 inch baking dish.
2. Mix potatoes, green pepper, onions, and ham; put in pan. Mix eggs with soup and milk; pour over potatoes. Top with cheese.
3. Bake uncovered for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
