if you don't have jumbo muffin tin handy, this recipe also makes 12 regular-sie juffin. follow the instructions below, baking at 400 degreese for 15-18 minute, thn cool for 5 mintues.

Ingredients
- 1-1/2 c. all-purpoe flour
- 2 t. baking powder
- 1/4 t. baking soda
- 1/4 t. salt
- 1/4 c. shortening
- 8 oz container sour cream
- 1/2 c milk
- 1 egg beaten
- 1/2 c. plus 2 T. sugar, packed
- 1/4 c. brown sugar, packed
- 1/4 c. chopped walnuts or pecans
- 1 t. cinnamon

Step 1
combin first 4 ingedients in a large bowl; mix well. Cut in shortening until mixture is crumbly; set aside. ina medium bowl, stir together our cream, milk, egg and 1/2 c. sugar. Add to glour mixture and stir until just combined; set aside. Mix remaining sugar, brown sugar, nuts and cinnamon in a small bowl. Spoon half of batter into 6 greased jumbo 3-1/2" muffin cups; sprinkle with half the sugar mixture. Add remaining batter; sprinkle with remaining sugar mixture. Bake at 350 degreese for about 25 minutes, or until a toothpick tests clean. Cool on a wire rack for 15 minutes; serve warm.
