Ingredients
- 1 pound bacon
- 1 can whole water chestnuts
- 1 package pitted dates

Preparation
Step 1
Cut bacon in half width wise
slice water chestnuts into 2 - 3 slices depending on size of chestnut
slice dates in half
insert a water chestnut into a date half and roll with a half slice of bacon. Secure with a toothpick.
Continue until all the bacon is used.
Bake on a wire rack in a low oven (300°) until browned to desired doneness.
