Ingredients
- 1 (15.5 oz.) can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- 1 (15.5 oz.) can red kidney, drained and rinsed
- 1 carrot, peeled, and finely grated
- 1 small onion, finely grated
- 1/4 cup sunflower seeds
- 2 Tbs. tahini
- 1 garlic clove, peeled and chopped
- 1 Tbs. vegetable bouillon powder

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 420*. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
Place all the ingredients in a food processor and blend for 5- 10 seconds, until the mixture is fairly coarse.
Push the mixture down with a spatula and blend for a further 10 seconds.
Remove the blades of processor, use and ice cream scoop to drop on cookie sheet, flatten slightly with the back of the spoon.
Bake for 15- 18 mins. until lightly browned. Remove from oven and allow to rest.
