Ingredients
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves
- 1 can (6 oz.) tomato paste
- 3/4 cup water
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 Tbsp. dried parsley flakes
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
- 1/2 tsp. dried oregano
- 1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes, optional
- 2 cups (8 oz.) shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 c. grated parmesan cheese

Step 1
Place chicken in greased 8 inch square baking dish. In saucepan combine tomato paste, water, garlic, and seasoning; bring to boil. Pour over chicken. Bake at 400 15-20 minutes, or until juice run clear. Sprinkle with cheeses; bake 10 minutes until cheese is melted.
