Ingredients
- 1 cup ranch salad dressing
- 1 cup sour cream
- 3/4 cup shredded Cheddar cheese, divided
- 1/4 cup crumbled cooked bacon
- 6 to 8 potatoes, scrubbed, cooked, cut lengthwise into quarters
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup crushed cornflakes
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted

Preparation
Step 1
1. Preheat the oven to 350ºF. Grease a 13 × 9-inch baking dish.
2. Combine the salad dressing, sour cream, 1/2 cup Cheddar and bacon in a small bowl and mix well.
3. Arrange potatoes in prepared baking dish. Sprinkle with the salt.
4. Spoon the salad dressing mixture over the potatoes.
5. Sprinkle the potato mixture with the remaining Cheddar.
6. Combine cornflakes and butter in a small bowl and mix well. Sprinkle on top of the potato mixture. Bake until hot and bubbly, about 20 minutes.
