  • 1 tbsp. soya sauce
  • salt & pepper
  • 2 tbsp. bottled oyster sauce
  • 2 tbsp. cornstarch

Boil water. Mix together remaining ingredients and add to water gradually. Bring to second boil and stir until thickened.
