Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 (14-ounce) bag frozen sugar snap peas, thawed
  • 1 teaspoon crushed garlic
  • 1/4 cup roasted red bell pepper, cut into thin strips
  • 2 teaspoons sesame seeds
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Heat a large saute pan with sesame oil over medium-high heat. Add garlic, snap peas and red bell pepper. Saute for 5 minutes. Add sesame seeds, honey, season with salt and pepper and saute for another minute. Transfer to bowl and serve hot.
