Ingredients

  • 1 tsp Sesame oil
  • 2 tbsp Soya Sauce (light)
  • 1/2 cup Cabbage (finely chopped)
  • 1/4 cup Red Onion (finely chopped)
  • 2-3 Green Chilies (cut them into half)
  • 1/4 cup Chopped green onions
  • 1 cup Frozen mixed peas, beans, corn & carrots
  • 1 cup Cooked brown rice

Preparation

Step 1

Heat the oil in a wok; add onions, green chilies, cabbage, and sauté until wilted.

Now add frozen mixed vegetables, cooked rice and stir in the soy sauce. Cook until all ingredients are heated through; Mix well again and stir in the green onion.

Adjust the seasonings and serve hot or if you would like to add to some chili relish later to get an extra kick of spice… go ahead with it. Enjoy!
