Ingredients
- 3/4 cup light ranch dressing
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
- 3 cups whole wheat pasta, cooked, rinsed, and cooled
- 1 can (15 ounces) black beans, rinsed
- 4 cups loosely packed baby spinach leaves
- 1 tomato, chopped
- 1 cup shredde sharp cheddar cheese
