Ingredients
- 2 cups wild rice, cooked
- 1/2 cup cooked corn kernels
- 1/2 cup diced red bell pepper
- 1/2 cup chopped tomato
- 1/4 cup cooked green peas
- 1/4 cup diced red onion
- 1/4 cup green beans, cut into pieces and cooked
- 4 tbsp frozen apple juice concentrate
- 2 tbsp red wine vinegar
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh basil
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh tarragon
- 1 tbsp fresh lime juice
- Freshly ground black pepper
- Salt
