Ingredients
- 8 ounce package of cream cheese
- 1 egg
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 can of cherry pie filling
- 12 vanilla wafers

Preparation
Step 1
1. Turn on over to 350 F
Place 12 paper baking cups in cupcake tins.
2. Mix the cream cheese, egg, sugar, lemon juice, and vanilla together in the large mixing bowl.
3. Place a vanilla wafer in each of the paper cupcake baking cups. Then fill each one 3/4 full with the mixture. Bake for 15 minutes.
4. Put one heaping tablespoon of cherry pie filling on top of each of the baked cupcakes. Place in the refrigerator for half and hour to cool.
Makes 12 cupcakes.
