Ingredients

• 1 1/2 .bs ground beef
• 1 t. worcestershire sauce
• 1/2 t. seasoned pepper
• 1/8 t. garlic powder
• 3 redskin potatoes, sliced
• 1 onion, sliced
• 3 carrots, peeled and halved
• Olive oil and dried parsley to taste

Preparation

Step 1

Mix together ground beef, sauce, pepper and garlic powder; form into 4-6 patties. Place each patty on an 18 inch length of heavy-duty aluminum foil. Top patties with potatoes, onion and carrots; sprinkle with oil and parsley. Seal foil packets tightly and place on a baking sheet. Bake at 375 degreese for one hour.
