Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Cucumber, peeled, seeded and chopped
  • 1/2 cup Low-fat Plain Yogurt
  • 2 tbsp Fresh Dill, chopped
  • 2 tbsp Parsley, chopped
  • 2 Green Onions, white part and first 2" green, chopped
  • 1 tsp Lemon Zest (optional)
  • 4 (1/4 lb) mahi mahi steaks
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice, fresh

Step 1

-Mix cucumber, yogurt, dill, parsley, green onions and lemon zest in a bowl and set aside. Arrange mahi mahi on a plate with thickest portions to the outside, Drizzle with lemon juice. Cook fish and top with cucmber mix. Serve!
