    eggs (whole)

  • 3

    egg yolks

  • 1 1/2

    c sugar

  • 1

    tbs. vanilla

  • 4

    cups milk

  • 2

    c heavy crean

Directions

Wisk first 4 ingred together. Add next 2 ingred to mix. and whick together. Line bottom of buttered baking dish (high sided) with thick sliced bread. Make certain bread fits snuggly inside baking dish. You may have to use two baknig dishes to serve 8 Pout mix over bread (bread will be floating). Sprinkle with Cinn and sliced almonds Bank . Should be light brown to med brown on top. Let stand for a minute or two before cutting. Dust with powdered sugar and garnish with frest orange. May also be assembled and refrigerated overnight (covered)
