Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts halves, skinned and boned
  • 1 egg
  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice concentrate
  • 1/4 cup unsifted flour
  • 1/8 tsp each garlic powder & paprika
  • 1/4 c margarine or butter
  • 2 tsps chicken bouillon
  • 1/2 c boiling water

Preparation

Step 1

1. Beat egg with 1 Tbsp lemon; combine flour, garlic powder and paprika
2. Dip chicken in egg mixture then in flour mixture
3. In skillet, brown chicken in margarine
4. Dissolve bouillon in water; add with remaining lemon to skillet
5. Cover; simmer 20 minutes or until tender.
6. Garnish as desired.
