Ingredients

  • Non stick cooking spray
  • 1/2 cp onion powder
  • 2 10 oz cans spinach
  • 1 8 oz package cream cheese
  • 1 8 oz carton low fat or fat free sour cream
  • 3/4 cp Parmesean cheese
  • 1 14 oz can artichoke hearts, chopped
  • 1/4 tsp salt (optional)

Preparation

Step 1

1. Lightly coat a skillet with nonstick cooking spray
2. Cook and stir onion powder briefly
3. Add spinach and cook until thoroughly heated
4. Reduce heat
5. Add cream cheese
6. Stir until melted and smooth
7. Stir in sour cream, Parmesan cheese and
artichokes
8. Remove from heat
9. Season with pepper and salt if desired

Serve with fresh vegetables and nonfat crackers.
