Ingredients
- 3 - to 3-1/2 pound cut-up broiler-fryer chicken
- 1/3 cup country-style Dijon mustard
- 3 T. honey
- 1 T. mustard seed
- 1/2 tsp. pepper

Preparation
Step 1
Heat oven to 375 degree. Place chicken, skin sides down, in ungreased rectangular pan, 13x9x2 inches. Mix remaining ingredients, brush over chicken.
Cover and bake 30 minutes. Turn chicken; brush with mixture. Bake uncovered about 30 minutes longer or until juice of chicken is no longer pink when centers of thickest pieces are cut. (If chicken begins to brown to quickly, cover with aluminum foil.) Discard remaining mixture.
