Oreo Cheesecake

Ingredients

• 2 pkgs Oreos
• 1/3 cup butter, melted
• 3 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese, softened
• 3/4 cup sugar
• 4 eggs
• 1 cup sour cream
• 1 t. vanilla

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Finely roll 30 cookies; coarsely chop 20 cookies.
In bowl, combine finely rolled crumbs and melted butter. Press onto bottom and 2 inches up side of 9-inch springform pan; set aside.
In bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until creamy. Blend in eggs, sour cream and vanilla; fold in chopped cookies. Spread mixture into prepared crust. Bake at 350 for 60 minutes or till set.
Cool on wire rack. Chill at least 4 hours. Remove pan. Garnish with chopped cookies.
