Ingredients
- 3/4 c. mayonnaise
- 1/2 c. chopped scallions (use white and green tops)
- 1/3 c. gratd Parmigiano Reggiano cheese
- Dash Worcestershire Sauce
- Salt and freshly ground pepper, to taste
- 1/2 (1-lb) loaf Artisan Bread, sliced 1/2" thick

Step 1
Combine mayonnaise, scallions, cheese, Worcestershire Sauce, salt and pepper. Spread on bread slices and broil until bubbly, cut into pieces and serve warm.
