Ingredients
- 1/3 C Water
- 1 C Sugar
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 3 C Pecan (halves)

Preparation
Step 1
Add all ingredients to a sauce pan and cook on med-high heat, stiring often until mixture gets thick and grainy.
Once the mixture coats the nuts (takes about 7-10 minutes) pour out on wax paper and spread with spoon to separate them as much as possible and let cool.
NOTE:
Actual recipe says to separate them with a toothpick. But there is no way I have the patience to individually separate a gazillion little nuts. So I just spread them out on the waxed paper, then after they cooled I folded the paper over and squashed them. that seemed to take care of separating most of them. The rest of them just stayed stuck.
