Ingredients
- 2 Beef Flank Steaks, grilled & thinly sliced
- 2 Yellow Tomatoes, sliced
- Fresh Baby Arugula
- Carmelized Onions
- 1 Tbsp. Horseradish
- 1/2 C. Mayonnaise
- 4 Mini Baguettes
- Kitchen Twine

Preparation
Step 1
Slice onions & saute in olive oil over med. heat in non-stick skillet. Add 1 Tbsp. sugar & continue to cook till golden brown & carmelized. Mix horseradish & mayonnaise together, then spread on one half of each mini baguette. Next, layer remaining ingredients on second half of each mini baguette. Put baguettes back together, tie with kitchen twine ( in a bow ) then serve.
