Ingredients
- Topping:
- 1 unbaked 9 inch deep dish pie shell
- 6 cups fresh blueberries, stemmed and rinsed
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
- 4 teaspoons cornstarch
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/4 cup (1/2 stick) unsalted butter, room temperature

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
In a large bowl, toss blueberries, sugar, cornstarch and lemon juice. Spoon fruit into pie shell, mounding it in the center.
Topping:
In a bowl, combine flour, butter, brown sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg. Using fingers, crumble mixture until coarse crumbs form. Sprinkle topping evenly over fruit.
Bake pie until juices are bubbling and crust is golden, about 45 minutes.
