Ingredients

  • 1 lb boneless chicken breast
  • 1 tbs flour
  • salt to taste
  • 3 onions - finely chopped
  • oil to cover bottom of pot
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 2 tbs curry powder
  • 1 cup chicken stock
  • 1 8oz container of sour cream

Preparation

Step 1

Sprinkle flour and salt in a bowl and dredge chicken.

In skillet add oil and saute onions until tender. Remove onions and place in a bowl. Re-add oil if necessary and saute chicken until slightly browned.

Add chicken stock, onions and spices to chicken and mix well.

Lower heat and cover. Cook for 30-40 minutes.

Remove just chicken and place on serving dish.

Add sour cream to mixture in pot and stir until warm. Ladle over chicken and pour rest into a gravy boat.

Serve with rice.
